This is a practical workshop that is for both pastors and church lay leaders who wish to take their leadership to the next level. It utilizes hands-on assessment tools, multimedia presentations, group discussion time, and interactive exercises to stimulate learning and application. Leadership Greatness addresses five traits needed to become a “great” leader: calling, contentment, character, crafting, and coaching. The workshop will be led by Steve Hoekstra, Director of the Western Colorado Office of the Colorado Baptist Convention.
